I was recommended to Mato by a friend who had recently came back from Dubrovnik. I reached out to him a month before our trip and he was extremely helpful and flexible with my request. I let him know that we wanted to at least include a sunset ride back and he was able to create an itinerary for the 6 hours we were on the boat. He also set us up a reservation for a restaurant at island Lopud for us, it was super delicious and cool! He took us to the Sandy Beach and Blue Cave, and answered all our questions we had about Dubrovnik. So cool to be able to learn from a local. I highly recommend choosing Mato as your skipper, he won't let you down!

The experience with Mato on his boat was excellent. He picked us up in Copacabana because it was closer to our accommodation and dropped us off at the Old Town port so we could enjoy the view from the sea. Friendly and accommodating, Mato is a great skipper who made our day in the Dubrovnik archipelago a great experience.

We had an awesome day. It was a last minute thing for us. We made contact via Whatsapp and got a reply within minutes and were on the water within an hour.
Our skipper Mato was great and was very flexible allowing us to choose how long we spent at each location.

Super day out. We had a 6 hour private excursion, Mato took us to the spots on most tour itineraries as well as a couple of quiet, beautiful spots where we could explore the sea and scramble on the rocks. Mato’s boat was great and he made us feel very welcome. He was informative about the area, and gave us complete freedom to choose where to go and what to do. We felt well looked after, comfortable and safe. The price was reasonable which included a very modest fee for Mato took make a detour to pick us up closer to our accommodation. It’s clear that Mato wanted us to enjoy ourselves and it was a fabulous day. Thank you Mato!

Mato was very friendly and patient with a group of 6. He had excellent recommendations about spots both popular and quieter. The highlights were being able to jump off of the boat and the rocks. Would definitely recommend!!

We had great 2 hour Sunset Tour around Lokrum Island! Mato was a great skipper with excellent knowledge of the island and area. He pulled up to one of the swimming areas on Lokrum so the kids could swim over and jump off the cliffs. Couldn't have been a better last evening in Dubrovnik!

Verified Fantastic boat trip, highly recommend! Fantastic experience, pickup and communication were super easy. Mato is the owner and operator and a really nice guy. He arrived with a cooler full of drinks and lots of good recommendations when the wind picked up and made the water too rough for swimming into the caves. Such a great way to experience Dubrovnik, highly recommend!

Verified Fantastic private boat tour Most beautiful and special way to experience the Adriatic and Dubrovnik from the water! Mato is fantastic, he gave us some wonderful options to make our own custom experience. This was our second trip with him as the first one was so great we couldn’t think of a better way to spend the last day of our trip. We had dinner on an island that was a great way to end the day and then lovely sunset boat ride back to Dubrovnik. We swam in quiet and beautiful bays, he found us a bay with crystal clear waters and a nice breeze in the heat of the day. He provides beer, wine, water and cokes. Bring extra water if it’s really hot and save his cold ones for later in the day. Don’t hesitate, you will have a wonderful day out with Mato!

Verified Wonderful full day private boat tour from Dubrovnik I highly recommend a boat trip with Mato! He is a wonderful, considerate and well organized skipper. The itinerary he planned for us was amazing and both me and my husband and our kids (ages 10 and 12) enjoyed every stop. We got to swim in beautiful spots, explore a blue cave, and three green caves (these were fabulous and one of them even had multiple “rooms” you could swim into). We also had some time on a nice beach and lunch at an excellent restaurant. Mato communicates very well and explains things well on the boat. He also provides his guests with cold drinks, snorkels and noodles and makes sure everybody is comfortable.

Verified 1.5 hour cruise Last minute booking Mato was available and a very nice Captain. We toured the harbor and neighboring waters at the National Park. Spent a little time swimming and returned. A very nice pop in and out on a summer day.
